How long until I receive my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Since all items are made on-demand, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email with your shipping and delivery confirmation. Local Nigerian orders can take up to 5 days. International shipping usually takes about 2 weeks depending on the country and their shipping times. International orders will have tracking details included in their shipping email.
Where are we based?
B-Fly is a 100% Nigerian fashion brand based in Lagos, Nigeria. We do not have any brick and mortar stores at this time, we run all our operations online. We have had some pop-up shop events around Nigeria. To keep an eye out for those, follow our Instagram @b.fly.clothing
How can I pay for my order?
In our store, we accept payments through Paystack. Paystack will accept payments from Mastercards, Visa, Bank Transfers and other major online payment solutions.
Where can I find the sizing information?
At B-Fly, we pride ourselves on being size-inclusive and we want everyone wearing our clothes to feel their best. Our size guide is located at the bottom of our site listed. Our clothes are customizable, if you feel like the size guide does not adequately represent your needs you can send us your specific measurements. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order after payment, you are able to do so by sending us a written request via email. Please include your order number in your email and a refund will be issued in the manner of your payment.
100% full refund can only be issued if the order is cancelled up to 3 days after it has been placed. Orders between after the 3rd day until the 10 business day processing timeline will receive 80% of their total and order cancelled after processing but before shipping will receive a 50% order. Orders CANNOT be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
I’ve seen an item but I cant find it online?
If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is likely an older design or has been replaced by a newer model. We understand how frustrating this can be so it may be best to DM us on Instagram or email us a picture of the style and we can confirm for sure.
What if my print is Out of Stock?
All our products are made from Ankara fabric. These prints are typically made in limited quantities. If the print shown is not available, we will send you an email with optional prints for you to choose from.
My order came damaged, What do I do?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we’re truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damaged item and our customer service team will let you know what steps to take.
